Bloggin' Larks!

Welcome to the Lark Street blog! There's just so much going on at Lark Street that we needed a blog to keep the world up to date. For example, we just had a new bakery open called Crisan Bakery & Edible Art Gallery. It's DELICIOUS! Go try it now.

We also have Art on Lark coming up next week on Saturday June 21st. It's going to be amazing! We've closed the street and we're bringing in more artists, more musicians, actors, performers, you name it. I can't say enough about it!

So, let the good times on Lark roll!

  1. What a great idea to have a neighborhood blog. Thanks for the hard work it takes to do one. We are currently living in downtown Boston (see Boston at its Best on Eons)and thinking of relocating to Lark Street. Just the fact that there is a blog makes me think this is the type of engaged, urban neighborhood we are looking for. The Eons site reference might give you the hint that we are more boomer than GENX! We really enjoy lively, diverse, urban living. We are not concerned with regular street noise and the great energy that businesses bring to an area. What we would not like is very, very active nightlife that spills into the streets late at night. i.e clubs with long wait lines keeping people out on the street for a long wait or clubs that spill over-served clients out onto the street in a way that might bring police attention. We are looking at buying in the area that includes the Lark Tavern and DeJohn's. Does anyone think we will be kept awake by the "vibrancy" most weekend nights? Thanks so much for your feedback.
