This past Friday night the Lark Street BID & Chris Pratt of the Barrel Saloon hosted their Annual Halloween Party at the Washington Park Lake House. With decorations by Chip Fasciana & the Albany Underground Artists, this was an event not to miss! Hundreds turned out in their Halloween costumes and partied the night away.
