CDTA Route Changes

CDTA is restructuring their bus routes effective Sunday, November 13, 2011. The changes were made to better meet the needs of the public and are the result of extensive research and rider input. The changes feature improved trunk or main routes, new neighborhood routes, and improved commuter routes. Not every route has changed nor has the base fare. In addition to the route changes, CDTA has also increased the frequency of some of the routes, and added later night service and Sunday service. All of these changes are sure to make for a better public transportation experience that allows you to connect better.

More information about the changes can be found at cdta.org or capitalmoves.org. You can even plan out your trip using CDTA's online trip planner. If you are new to the bus system, CDTA offers a service where you can meet one on one with a travel trainer who will show you the ropes. You can schedule your one on one session by calling 453-8377 x 222.
